2. IT-RCA: IT Root Cause Analysis [2-days] – workshop to help participants to find the accurate root cause of an incident that occurred.
3. IT-SFA: IT Solution Finding Analysis [2-days] – workshop to find solutions, especially for those situations where the problem owner needs to find a solution quickly and effectively.
4. MIM: Major Incident Investigation [2-days] – workshop simulation scenario teaching MIM's how to manage major incidents most effectively. "itSMF Telstra Innovation of the Year Award winner"
5. PIR: Post Incident Review [2-days] – workshop helping Problem Managers and their staff to perform a thorough post incident review increasing the chances of non-occurrence and an effective systemic fix to the work environment.
6. RFT: Results Facilitator Training [5-days] – intensive workshop to transfer all the necessary skills to enable participants to facilitate any incident or issue with any team at any level in the organization.
7. RCA: Root Cause Analysis [2-3 days] – root cause analysis workshop for the manufacturing environment teaching participants to find both technical and root causes for a technical deviation.
8. PSDM: Problem Solving and Decision Making [3-days] – workshop teaching participants problem solving and decision making skills normally needed to be effective in the work place.
9. DEC: Design, Execute and Control, LEAN [5-days] – teaching participants how to execute an effective process improvement or process re-design initiative.
Any of the above workshops qualify for the PMI (Project Management Institute) continuous education units with the formal submission of your certificate from Thinking Dimensions.
